As your family’s medical home, HealthWorks is a place you’ll always feel welcome, seen, and cared for.

In addition to primary medical care for all ages, we provide mental and behavioral health services, and affordable prescriptions—all from one convenient location.

Additionally, our mobile clinic brings services like sick visits, minor injury treatment, and well-child exams right to your student’s school.

To make health care affordable, we offer a sliding scale fee structure for our income-eligible patients. We also accept most insurance!
